Throughout her service as a dental nurse she progressed her clinical skills by completing the National Course in Conscious Sedation, Oral Health Education Certificate, and Clinical Dental Photography course, and progressed to become a clinical lead for dental nurses, and a Registered Practice Manager in 2012.
The last four years has seen Agata consolidate her career and professional interests in the area of practice and process management, and for the past three years Agata worked for a specialist dental office in the Harley Street area.
Agata obtained an Award in Leadership and Management in 2013 and completed her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and management in 2017.
Agata believes that all patients should feel safe and comfortable within a dental practice, and the clinical care provided must be at the highest level. She aims to bring the best of her knowledge and skills to create a positive and pleasant dental practice environment where patients and staff are happy.
Agata has a friendly nature and in her spare time she enjoys small interior design projects at home and has an interest in health, nutrition and fitness.
